Join our Camper in Leadership Training program. This provides unique educational and practical learning for high school-age campers with leadership potential. 

The Leadership in Training program is a two-week to six-week program. Under camp leadership supervision, Leaders in Training gain real skills and experience by working with our team and younger campers: leading games, co-facilitating nature-based programs, supporting outdoor/adventure environmental programs, leading evening programs, teaching camp skills, and assisting in camp functions.

The Camper in Leadership Training program is open to high school students from around the world, on-site at Green Camp Bali.

What’s included in the fee:

  • Pick up and drop off from/to the airport/accommodation

  • Shared on-site accommodation 

  • Snacks and meals during the program and no-camp meal allowance

  • All programs (onsite and off-site)

  • Weekends Sightseeing when available

  • Assigned supervisor/mentor

  • Zoom Training (8 Hrs online meetings before arrival at Green Camp including Bahasa Indonesia essential crash course)

  • On-site Orientation and training (Basic First Aid training and program training)

  • Green Camp CILT Handbook and Journal, Hat, T-shirt, and Water Bottle

  • 75 minutes mentoring/Reflection/assessment session per week led by Camp Director/Facilitator

  • Recommendation letter from the Camp Director

  • Green Camp Bali Bamboo CILT Certification

  • Social Cultural Visa to Indonesia when applying for the six-week session

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Must be at least 15 years old – 18 years old 

  • Be interested in working with children

  • Must be fit and healthy

  • Display the following traits: leadership ability, willingness to learn, cooperation, dependability, and responsibility

  • Must speak fluent English. Other foreign languages are a bonus

A few more requirements

  • Recommendation letter from an adult who has observed applicants in a position of leadership

  • Minimum enrolment is two weeks

  • A CILT comes to Green Camp as a camper. A 35% scholarship may be available if you have extensive camping experience (with proof of certificates)

  • Complete all the selection assessments

  • Complete safeguarding training

  • Complete a basic first aid course/training

  • Zoom Call with parents/guardians

  • Signed terms and conditions by you and your parents/guardians
