WALK WITH US
Traverse the heart of Bali, notice yourself starting to pay attention more, and feel time stretch out in a way you likely haven’t for far too long.
Expect to walk about two to seven hours daily, to have sore feet and a contented heart and mind. There’ll be time every day to connect with the local community and the source of our food.
Prepare to see Bali, and maybe even life, in a new light.
This adventure takes you to the jungle, mountains and to the villages. Connect with our local friends and community and experience the real Bali!
The learning intentions:
- Experience and immerse yourselves into the local lifestyle and culture
- Discover the rich biodiversity of Bali’s life on land
- Grow sense of appreciations towards yourself, others and the environment
- Develop understanding around the food you’re consuming and where it comes from
- Building new friendships and learning how to live as a community

Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Day at Green Camp
- Camp orientation and community building activities
- agreement and motivation
- Campfire and reflection
Day 2: Subak Uma Lambing – Taman Beji (8 kms)
- arrival at Subak Uma Lambing
- breakfast, circle time, introduction
- walk to Taman Beji (8km) – Bali nature and culture scavenger hunt and food foraging
- Balinese Offerings workshop
- lunch and Yoga Nidra / quiet time
- setting up sleeping arrangements
- Balinese blessing/purification ceremony
- visit bamboo weaving makers and bamboo weaving workshop
- dinner, circle time, journaling and sleeping
Day 3: Taman Beji – Kayu Putih Tree – Pinge (21 kms)
- wake up and pack bedding arrangement
- breakfast and stretching
- walk to Kayu Putih Tree and Pinge
- flora and fauna scavenger hunt
- lunch
- Traditional Balinese compound tour
- Garden Hunt followed by Balinese cooking
- Balinese music and dance workshop
- Rest
Day 4: Pinge – Sandan (11 kms)
- breakfast, balinese cultural and leaving ceremony
- walk to Sandan
- Arrive in Sandan. Welcome drink and snack, rest
- lunch
- regenerative farming activities
- cultural exchange with our local community
- dinner
- free time, journaling, shower, dinner , circle time
Day 5: Sandan – Tamblingan (18 kms)
- breakfast, stretching
- JUNGLE TREK
- stretching, welcome drink and snack, circle time – shower, rest and free time
- dinner and rest
Day 6: Tamblingan – Golden Valley Waterfall – Munduk (9 kms)
- breakfast, circle time, stretching
- walk to Golden Valley Waterfall – Village amazing race
- rest time, welcome drink and introduction from Pak Rudi’s Family
- foraging food for lunch and learn about coffee
- lunch preparation
- swim in the waterfall, final prayer
- lunch and departure back to Green Camp Bali
- Free time
- Pizza making
- Campfire and solo reflection rest
Day 7:
- Laughing yoga
- Breakfast
- Pack up and clean up
- Closing ceremony
- Depart from green camp

- 24-hour supervision by security and facilitators
- Medical staff on-site and/or on-call
There will be a minimum of 10 kids in order for the camp to run and a maximum of 20 kids can join our kids camps at a given time – this makes for a close-knit, casual, and uncrowded ambiance. If 4 weeks prior to the camp the number has not changed, we will notify you via email. Please do not make any flight arrangements before we send you the final confirmation email. Green Camp has the right to cancel the camp within 4 weeks’ notice. See our cancellation policy.
Upon confirmation, we will send you via e-mail an Online Participant Information Form that needs to be filled out with your information details including dietary needs, allergies, medical information and emergency contact number. Enclosed in the e-mail you will also find a Prep-Pack that contains useful information to get you prepared. Kindly note that confirmed and finalized itineraries will be sent to all parents one week before the start date.
