We were taking friends to Ubud a few days ago, and were discussing the countryside and in particular the beautiful rice paddies along the way. We were wondering what the rice actually looked like when Zac gave us an impromptu lesson on "pregnant" rice and the process. I was gob smacked! The adults in the car were amazed at his knowledge and I was so proud....Naturally, I asked how he knew all of this and his response was two fold....1) I do actually listen to the teachers and 2) Isaac at Green Camp, showed us and we got to eat the rice! Needless to say the Webb family will have many years of involvement with Green Camp...
