We accept wire transfers, credit card, or paypal. All children must have their camp paid for in full before the start of their program.
What if the program is cancelled or I can’t make it?
A refund of program fees (less a 25% admin charge), will be granted if notice of cancellation is received at least 2 weeks prior to program start time. If notice of cancelation is received within 2 weeks of the program start time the participant will forfeit the entire amount.
What will them eat and drink?
Green Camp provides students with three delicious organic meals and two healthy snacks. For all meals we offer both a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option. Dietary requirements regarding religious affiliations and allergies should be submitted upon application.
What happens when it rains?
Green Camp will take every step necessary to ensure health and safety whilst also celebrating the climate of Bali. Instructors will encourage campers to participate fully in every activity, even if it is raining! Although we always have contingency plans, we generally find that most of our outdoor activities are simply even more fun in the rain!
Does Green Camp offer support with visa/immigration?
If coming from outside of Indonesia, all applicants must be in possession of a valid passport for international travel and will need a valid visa to travel in Indonesia. Students and their families are responsible for securing their own travel visas, although Green Camp Bali will provide the necessary information for visa applications.
